Netflix has officially confirmed that production on the project is underway third installment in the Enola Holmes series is underway. The film sees Millie Bobby Brown reprising her role as the lead while Henry Cavill steps in to portray Sherlock Holmes. In addition to them, the cast includes Himesh Patel as Dr. John Watson, alongside Helena Bonham Carter portraying Eudoria Holmes, Louis Partridge as Tewkesbury, and Sharon Duncan-Brewster as Moriarty.

A promotional piece shared by the streaming service reveals that this new chapter takes our clever detective to Malta, where her pursuit intertwines with both personal and professional aspirations as she faces a particularly complex case.

The film is being helmed by director Philip Barantini and the screenplay is once again crafted by Jack Thorne, who previously penned the scripts for the first two films. The movie draws its narrative from The Enola Holmes Mysteries by Nancy Springer.
